Absolutely adore this thing! I use it for farmers markets (indoor) and the ice packs stay cold the full 6 hours. I check the temp religiously and it really keeps the perfect temp! Now looking to either buy a second one or a larger one in addition to this one.

I was pleasantly surprised! I’m a dessert outdoor market vendor and now that it’s getting hotter, I was looking for something that would keep my desserts cold but wouldn’t require a generator. It kept my desserts chilled for the entirety of my event! It exceeded my expectations and I will be getting another one!

I just unpacked the cold food display & this is the best packed package I have ever received from Amazon! Kudos to the manufacturer that did the packing. The stainless steel tray, housing & clear plastic domed cover were in perfect condition...no scratches, no dents. The 2 ice packs(10.25" x 8.50" x 1.25") were tested for leaks & were in perfect condition. They come with a plug for each pack as well as a screw on cap. Will just need to determine how much water to place in them as I know there will be some expansion. This will take tailgating & our parties to the next level.

First order was for 2. The upper pan was missing on one of them. There’s no option to just ask for the missing piece. Wound up not returning it in case extra parts were needed and just got another one. The gel packs stayed frozen all day and it looked good for our display.

Gives a really nice look at parties. For foods the directly touch the pan, I would say it does keep the food cold. For food that doesn’t touch the pan directly, it keeps the food cool. Recommend getting another pair of reusable ice/gel packs to switch out once current ones aren’t as cold.
