Psyllium is helping with pain relief in the digestive system. Very easy to swallow, drink a glass of fluid when taking them. The size seems a little large, but it has a coating which makes it easy.

These supplements have been helping my stomach and movements greatly. I’ve not experienced any adverse side affects as of yet but report back if that time comes. Not a bad price considering how long they last you. The taste isn’t too great but not off putting, however they are very large. If you’re not able to swallow normal size tablets with ease then these might not be a great option for you. See the picture for a comparison to an ibuprofen. Im not wanting to lose weight but take them for bile reflux, havent been consistent though so cannot say how thay are working, the quality seems good though.

Easier than using powder

Excellent works for me 100%. I suffer badly with constipation even drinking plenty of fluids and a good high fibre protein diet.I got fed up of buying over the counter laxatives or Sena and other types and having hit and miss success with them.I struggled with the mix up powder laxido type stuff too it's horrid to drink.The constipation was causing me issues with hemoroids and sometimes bleeding.I looked at the reviews and done some research of my own I take two of these psyllium husk capsules after my tea.Before I go to bed or at latest first thing in morning I'm on the loo doing the do.No hard stools I have been suffering with I'm a week in with these supplements and I've been to the loo everyday in the last week I've been taking them for which is no flook.This is something I've not done for at least 5 years or more so these capsules are getting took everyday without fail.

Product arrived quickly and seemed of good quality. Capsules were easy enough to swallow. Unfortunately did nothing to aid my digestive issues except make me even more bloated.

Gut health is 100 percent better now. It's very effective this will always be my go to product from now on. It doesnt taste of anything because they are in a clear capsule. Easy to swallow.
