Badass.
It worked great but I went with a cordless drill mount device.

Works great! Consistent roll crimps!
I initially bought this in 2021 and didn't understand how to use it properly for consistent results. I blamed the tool, not the user (me). Now that I've learned a thing or two since, here my 2025 update review.I begin with new, 2 ¾", unskived, untrimmed, clear Cheddite hulls. Add the appropriate amount of powder for 1¼ oz payload. I then add a paper overshot card, using the fat end of a socket extension to make sure the overshot card is laying level on top of the powder. Then comes the MG42 wad, 14 pellets of #1 (.300") Buckshot, 7 rows of 2. I top off the shot column with a clear plastic overshot card. Now, I place the shell in the roll crimper. I have the crimper oriented and clamped down so that the shell sits in it vertically, brass down. With slight upward pressure on the crimp lever, I begin rotating the crimp roller to warm up the hull edge, then slowly increase upward pressure on the crimp lever while rotating to crimp roller with increasing speed as I gently increase upward pressure. This only takes several seconds to produce a perfect roll crimp where the hull edge neatly and evenly meets the clear overshot card. The clear hulls make it obvious that the individual components that make up the shot column are well aligned. The finished shell is PERFECT.I'm so glad I didn't toss this roll crimper after having poor, user induced issues. Now, if this thing burned up in a fire, I'd replace it immediately.

Works as described
Takes some finesse to manually roll crimp but produce does work. Fortunately was pretty strait forward as the paperwork included was all in Russian

Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Works great easy set up no assembly. Make sure that you have a table top. No thicker than a 2 / 4. The roll crimp has 3 dies for a nice. Even crimp is easier and faster. I think than using a hand drill. I have not been able to use a drill press yet so I can't compare that but it's easier for me. Using this than a drill. Also, you won't be able to roll cramp. Shorty's like I showed the video super pleased with, it works. Easy not a problem.

This works far better than any of the more expensive roll crimping tools
This works far better than any of the more expensive roll crimping tools and it doesn't overheat or melt the crimp edge. I'm in the market for one of these for 12 gauge 3 1/2", 20 Gauge 2 3/4 & 3", 28 gauge 2 3/4 & 3" and 410 2 1/2 and 3". I'm sure they would sell well. You could also modify the tool by expanding the length to handle 2 3/4 through 3 1/2" shells and then make the roll crimper attached to the crank handle interchangeable for the other listed gauges. This would be relatively easy because that item just screws onto the crank shaft.

Works great but I got a casting flaw
This roll crimper works amazingly well and I used it to make 300+ shells in two days but on the clamping side for the crimper to be held against a table there’s a small casting flaw. Instead of it being flat like __ it’s more over and upside down v. It’s not as prominent as the v but it makes it teeter totter most the time you’re using it. I’m sure a trip to the grinder when I get the chance will fix it, but just a heads up.

Easy to use and excellent results first time without using instructions!
Exactly what I want: cheap but solidly made; instructions in Russian did not matter - had already looked up how to use such devices on google and youtube! Consistent good results; find tuning of tightness/ height of crimp much more precise than with a drill device. Holds cartridge so no expensive cartridge vise required. 5 stars overall.

looks great.
it is the only tool I've seen that might roll the edge of full brass shells, hope to find out soon.
