Is this paper easy to fold evenly since it isn’t scored?

My wife was going to use this cardstock to make greeting cards, but when she printed it on her laser printer it transferred part of the printing/sketch to another part of the paper. It also doesn't fold easily. My wife often scores her own cardstock, but even then it wasn't the best. There is a more expensive cardstock sold on Amazon through Desk Top Publishing Supplies ($16.95 for 50 sheets of 80# weight) that works better, but she still recommends scoring it first.
