Mehaz Stainless Steel Cobalt Nipper, 1/4 Jaw for all purpose cuticle and nail trimming

These really are the best cuticle nippers I have owned. They are sharp. They don't pull or tear my skin. Nice simple cut. They are quality nippers. I have full control when using these. They fit perfectly in my hand. I have no discomfort even when using for a long time. They are worth every penny!

Mehaz is a german made brand. Their instruments are all made to be used with extreme precision as they have the very best materials in the nail business. I had one in excess of 16 years and it was as good as the first day I bought it so long ago. My wonderful teenage son decided it was the perfect tool to fix his computer so he made the tips worthless that's why I had to end up getting another one and the $40.00 was very well worth it. I highly recommend forgetting about all other brands: Sally Hansen, Tweezerman, etc. you'll end up buying 6 or 7 of these while 1 of Mehaz will sincerely last you a lifetime

I owned the Mehaz 999 which works perfectly but want a backup. The 999 wasn’t available so I purchased these which look identical. Unfortunately, the quality is terrible. I tried to of them and returned both. The blades do not mate flush except for the tip so it doesn’t cut the cuticle. I recommend you do not buy this mehaz model.

I’ve used Mecham cuticle nippers for over 40 years now. I still trust them over any other brand I have tried. They make the best in the industry!

Seem to be well made and sharp. Dislike fact they are real stiff to open and close. They have a spring between the handles but doesn’t work very well.

I didn't realize how dull my old ones had gotten until I tried these. The separators are uniquely designed so they won't pinch your fingers or the side of your hand. I've used other brands where great caution was required. The only down side is that you can't spread the handles widely to wipe debris away. I just rinse and shake them in my soaking water and the cuttings just rinse right off. We'll see how long they hold their edge, but right now I am very happy with them.

The clippers were not sharp enough to cut so they were useless.y

mehaz a professional brand sadly when i use it even right from box it is not sharp i have to tug to cut the cuticle. if it is sharp enough i shouldnt have to tug or pull for it to cut cleanly

Unfortunately these were not that great, not as sharp and easy to work with. Not sure why as I love the Mehaz brand and these were always my go-to until my supplier was not able to get any in, I decided to try here. Hopefully it was a one off, will try again as I cannot find these anywhere.

It was a disappointment to find out that this nipper is not as sharp as the other Mehaz nippers I bought. I have been using Mehaz nippers for many years now and the quality of this product has changed..
