I like that the calories are low compared to the nutrition and the quantity and amount of fiber. Great for keto and gives you a nice crunch

This cereal is my favorite. It tastes great and it's very healthy. 12g of protein and 13g of fiber in each serving. Not too high in sodium or sugar. I often eat this in milk and sometimes just put it in a bowl with no milk for a healthy snack. I highly recommend this cereal.

For $33 I assumed that the “(set of 2)” parenthetical meant two sets of boxes of cereal, so maybe like 10 boxes. But no, I just paid $33 for 2 normal boxes of cereal.Dear reader, don’t be fooled. Buy your cereal somewhere else.

If and whenyou buy this product, do yourself a favor. Purchase it directly from a store. Don't get it online. It will come stale. I have made the same mistake too many times since the Pandemic. I will never do this again. Get it in a store. Save yourself on quality. The product itself is good, as long as it's fresh.

Very good product. I like the cereal

Texture is interesting. This was shipped in a paper bag and the boxes were pretty mashed, don’t expect the cereal to be crushed though.

For some reason regular original Kashi has gotten difficult to find here locally. I was glad to find it online to order even if a bit more spendy and it is edible - but product is not fresh at all.
