Better than expected, room to improve
As an older guy stuck with a huge head I'm always afraid with something like this that it's not going to fit. Happy to report it does fit comfortably, covering my whole face. Which makes me think that small children might be swimming in it, so take that for what it's worth. What I did not expect is that the eye piece is a sort of goggle thing, offset from the mask itself. Which on the one hand makes it more comfortable and easy to see, since it's sitting comfortable at eye level, but that also means that it's not sitting flat against the rest of your face, it's kind of dangling a little bit. Which makes it feel a bit heavier at the top, because there's no other place where its being supported. not the end of the world, just not really what I was thinking it was going to be. Thought it would be more like a hockey mask that's right up close to your face. The software's fine, if a bit unintuitive. Only takes a few minutes to figure out the different modes. There's a manager for what images you want on the device (separated by animated ones and static ones), a DIY section for uploading your own images, and a synchronized music mode. Lot of little improvements that could be made to the app. If you try to take a selfie, it shows my image upside down with no "rotate" feature. You can do some simple crop and resize of images to get them to sit well on the mask, but then if they don't, there's no edit again option, you have to reupload and start from scratch. Seems like that's all easily fixed in software. Unfortunately the end result just isn't that great overall, so unless you've thought about it ahead of time and custom made an image optimized for the mask, it's going to look pretty meh. So if you were thinking about taking pictures of your friends and saying "Look, I'm you!" then yeah, you can, but it's not as cool in reality as it is in your head. The hardware needs a little more work in terms of interface. You've got the power button, which is also used to cycle images. One way, that's it. Click click click. So when it's loaded with 70 images, and you can't see which image it's showing unless you look in a mirror, you're never going to be quite sure what other people are seeing. There's the "gesture" sensor so you can wave your hand in front of your face to change the image, which has the potential to be very cool, but (a) it's very sensitive so it might trigger without you knowing it, and (b) it only works one way, like the button. So you can't do like a happy clown / sad clown thing, back and forth (unless those are the only two images you load up). I think with a bit of fancier tech in there that could detect a real gesture, and not just "the sensor is blocked or not", you could get direction working and then have some fun with the options.Other than that, perfectly happy. Everybody that's seen it has been fascinated. I do think that you have to use the cable that came with it to charge it, I know, most of us think "I already have one of those cables". But I plugged it into my existing USB C charger and it just kind of sat at about 50%, but then I plugged it in with the accompanying cable and watched it get up to 99%. Go figure.

Awesome!
My son loved it. It’s as described and very easy to use. Follow the instructions and to download the app. 🤩

Good mask for the price
Neat mask for the money. Lots of pre-installed masks you can display. On top of that you can upload your own custome images. On too of that you can have the mask react to music. I wasn't expecting that for what I paid. The instructions could use some work but the app is very intuitive. One an updated model I would like to see brighter LEDs.. better visibility out of the eye holes.. and more "pixels" to create more detail but I am.more than satisfied with this mask.

Great Halloween costume for indecisive kids
Like every year, the struggle to find my son a halloween was rough. This year I ran across this mask and decided to show it to him. He really liked it and the price would've been the same if I would've purchased a costume at Spirit. It arrived and it was super simple to set up. It comes with preloaded design and you can set up your own custom one. Battery life is great. Overall good purchase

Works well! Lots of fun!
This mask is great. The kids had fun changing the faces while I was wearing it. The faces show up pretty well. I think the battery would easily last a night out trick or treating. The only thing that gives me pause is the view you have when wearing it. It is very limited. One thing that was nice is I could wear the mask with my glasses. They're not large frames so your results may vary. So far so good!

The concept falls short
This is not exactly as advertised. It's made for kids not adults. I had to add extra velcro to the strap to allow enough stretch to wrap around the back. The other downside is the mouth does not move. The preset masks are decent but not very bright. For the money, it's fairly decent but I would have paid more for confort

Pretty cool for kids and adults!
I grabbed this for an upcoming party and I am so glad I did. Those pictures do this no justice. With what seems like an endless possibility in what style mask you wear(there seems like 100s) you are sure to find one that's perfect for your mood.
