So i needed a supplement that is gentle on stomach with no staining black color and constipation as a side effect. I could easliy say that this iron supplement checked all my boxes.

Ironically, although these are smooth capsules, I’m not able to swallow them whole and have to chew them, instead!🤣🤣 But practically as soon as it was swallowed, I felt my eyes widen a tad. For someone who finds 18 mg too low, and 65 mg way too high, these 28 mg ones are definitely gentle, and are doing just fine so far!
