TK2 Tracker II Metal Detector

Easy to set and operate. I prefer this BH because you can quickly figure out if a reading is worth digging by the nuances of the signal when set to Discriminate... but if you're on Tone trying to find anything gold you have dig every signal anyway. It will go pretty deep on small Silver, Brass or Copper, maybe 6" to 8"... unfortunately it will hit the same way on crushed or melted aluminum and steel... but in any event, for the price you're not going to get one with better discrimination.

Bought for a gift. It was very nice and recipient was pleased with this item. Would definitely buy another one.

I have used metal detectors with my sawmill for years and these don't measure up. I bought two of these for my grandchildren and I was very disappointed with their performance. Lots of knobs that do absolutely nothing. You must keep this detector moving to get a reading at all and when you do it is a quick bleep and a peak of the needle that is so fast you can't tell anything except it bleeped. No rising or continuous tone just a bleep. These detectors must have the most basic circuit that can still be called a detector.

I bought this for my mother and she was thrilled. Light weight, easy to use. She went outside to play with it and found a penny. I think it is a great metal detector for beginners.

It performs basic detection functions with some difficulty. If you are going to use something like this regularly buy a higher priced unit.

I received this as a gift. I've always wanted one. So excited when I got this. My husband and I took it in vacation. Was able to use it once. Wouldn't turn on. Wildness work. Changed so batteries several time. Now, it's something taking up room. VERY disappointed 😞

The only metal detector I have ever owned were ones that I built, so I did not have any experience with commercial models. This unit was purchased in order to find m property boundaries. I was successful, but the unit was almost to sensitive for that t purpose. I have since used to "prospect" in my yard. I have enjoyed this unit very much and would recommend it novice to intermediate users.

Was a birthday present for our 12 year old grandson. His mom says he has dug up the whole yard. SO BE CAREFULL. He will be taking it on their camping trip and the beach so I guess this was a success. We were told NOT to get one for the next granddaughters birthday though. lol

We were really surprised how well this metal detector worked for the price! Our six year old loves to use it on the beach and found a bunch of metal! It even detected a small staple buried quite deep down! Great value!

After a lot of research and a lot of searching I found this Metal Detector that seems to work really well for a great price I am very happy with my purchase so far.
