These things are a lifesaver for some health conditions. These makena huge difference

Wow, these have been amazing while running in the heat this summer. I was getting about 30 minutes into a run on warm days and hitting the wall despite plenty of water stops along the way. Chewing on two of these at about the 20-25 minute mark has eliminated that entirely and I even ran a 10km PB the first time I tried these.

This is my 2nd time buying these. They are amazing and truly help. I do get thirsty after having some so would only use when I have water available. But they don't upset my tummy and really help in the heat. I will buy more of these !
