Men Analogue-Digital Watch G-Shock

The bluetooth tech is actually handy, one press "D" button will synch with your phone, or automatically. The find phone function actually works (within bluetooth range), but you must have location on as well. To use these functions you need the G-Shock app on your phone. A little setup required, and one of the handiest elements of the App is you can use it to change settings on your watch (and on the watch itself as usual of course), and there is always access to the watch manual. Comfortable to wear and light.Solar powered, so no battery replacements, 200m WR, timer, stop watch 5 alarms, hourly signal, world time, backlight.The visibility of the analogue is great, the digital a little small. perfect size, and not gigantic like other g-shocks.Would recommend one of the after market Nato straps, looks good with this watch (and is compatible with the 5600s as well).Highly recommended.One small gripe, in time mode you can switch the digital read out, to the time, date/month, or day, while the upper readout stays on seconds. You can't have date/month and day (be good on the upper display). But a minor gripe on a comfortable, light and compact watch.

Upfront confession. I'm a gshock fan.That said, I'll try to highlight both negatives and positives for this watch.So here goes.First off, ALL gshocks are fantastic value for what you get. Even the stupidly expensive ones are fantastically well built, although for me the whole point is that you should be able to subject the watch to all kinds of abuse, and then shake your head in wonderment at the fact that it keeps working!Moving on to this particular modelSize - feels much smaller on the wrist than most gshocks, which is a big plus for me. I want all the gshock features, but I don't want to go to the shops looking like a navy seal! The downside to this is that the digital display panel is quite small, and if your vision is poor you may struggle. This model has the positive display, by the way, which I find much easier than the blacked out versions.Strap - the silicone strap is typical gshock, and it works absolutely fine, IF you like silicone straps. I don't.The good news is that you can buy a simple adapter, so I now have black and brown leather nato straps which I alternate according to my mood. If I go snorkeling, I can easily switch back to the silicone, because the changeover is very simple.Lume - lume is okay, but not as strong as some other gshocks. You get a backlight, though, so it's not really a problem.Timekeeping- nearly 2 years in and perfect. I personally don't like Bluetooth as much as the multiband 6 system, because I have to make the watch sync to my phone, rather than automatic updates, but in reality the thing is so accurate that it doesn't matter if you go months without syncing.Controls- simple and intuitive, and does everything you expect from top end gshocks.Summary - buy one! If you get the right deal, it can be under a hundred quid, and for that you get a super accurate, super durable watch that looks great for sports day to day and even dress wear at a pinch!

Really pleased with this watch. The GA-B2100 keeps the classic G-Shock look but feels lighter and more refined on the wrist. The solar charging is a big plus, and the timekeeping is spot on, especially when paired with the app for automatic updates.Build quality is excellent as expected from G-Shock—tough, reliable, and suitable for everyday wear. The Bluetooth features are useful for quick setup and adjustments, though the watch works perfectly well on its own too.Overall, a great balance between traditional durability and modern convenience. Highly recommend

Lovely watch for the money this is my second G-Shock watchI've had the other one 25 years never changed the rechargeable battery as been a great watch I still ware it a lot.Fancied a new one let's hope this one is as good?

One of the best purchases I’ve made. Surprisingly light and thin for a tough watch and It has got all bells and whistles to be a dependable timepiece. Smartphone Link feature keeps the time and even got a “Phone finder”. Go for it, you won’t regret.

Watch choices are deeply personal, so what works for one person may not for someone else. I wanted a practical watch that did not need a battery, automatically adjusted to the correct time, had a stop-watch, and was waterproof and lightweight, but not overstated or "screaming" digital watch. The range of Casio G Shocks offer options to fit this bill. I like the octagonal design here. This model has different colour options, but only the yellow and this black offer a display with dark characters on a light background. Properly setting the watch up requires a bluetooth connection to one's phone, but this was straightforward, at least for me. Downsides - the analagoue hands are not particularly photoluminescent and the display is a bit small and can be obscured by the hands.I wear this watch daily apart from more formal occasions. It ticks the boxes for me, but YMMV.

God-tier Casio!Honestly though, great watch, strap is ok, and is extremely clear to read.The led light is bright, with a clear white colour, so not like an F91w!The size is perfect too.Excellent timekeeping with the movement.Although thought it a gimmick, the ‘find my phone feature’ has already been game changing, as I was working in a loft, had put it down with no mobile signal and was able to find it easily using this feature.

Practico y perfecto. No pesa nada, apenas 50 y pico de gr. Y tamaño no muy grande, me pensaba seria mas aparatoso. Un 10 de reloj y lo mejor de todo es que es CASIO!

Pour l'instant ras fonctionne parfaitement se connecte bien a l'application casio pour les réglage,et plutôt sympa sur le poignet manque peut être un peu luminosité des aiguilles pour être bien vu dans le noir.

The watch is good. All the buttons are functioning and very responsive. Its work via application too. The only issue is the packaging is too bad and it’s already opened. But in any case the watch is original G-Shock

Did not work but can't return because of Canada Post Strike in Canada.
