I wasn't sure if I was going to like this. After having it on, it has a nice minimalistic look. It covers the Macbook Pro well and hides the Apple logo, which I like. The installation was easy. I was able to remove it without any problems if I chose to. The fit is perfect and protects the main areas of the computer. The build quality and construction of the case are nice and well done. For me, leather always gives that elegant look. The price is right for a snap-on case cover considering the quality of the material. I feel it protects my 16-inch MacBook M3 Pro well.

The case is very smooth and easy to clean. It was a little difficult to snap on at first, and the snaps (especially around the screen) are so tight that I don't know if I'll be able to get the case off in the future if I need to. It seems incredibly unlikely that this case will ever break, and it provides a nice thick buffer to anything around it. All the ports are open and unprotected, but very easily accessible. I like the smooth surface, and 3+ months in, there are no scratches and it still looks brand new. I applied a decal to the back and it sticks very well. Overheating/venting hasn't been any issue for me at all.

The leather version of this case looks and feels perfect. It snapped right on to my 2021 MacBook Pro 16-inch. Some other reviews say that this case scratches easily, but then again, so does the official Apple leather case for the iPhone. Just don't let it come up against rough or sharp edges. This is not an Otterbox case. This is a case for those who like the organic feel of a leather case over the cold metallic feel of the naked laptop. I did not like the metal scratch on the bottom of my wrists when typing on the laptop without a case, and this leather laptop solves that perfectly, as the leather lip of the case hugs about 1-2mm above the edge of the edge of the laptop. So the leather part is what touches the bottom of my wrists. If a year from now this case gets too scratched up and I need to take it in public frequently, I will simply buy another one of these, because there are no other leather cases for the MacBook like this one in Amazon marketplace. Finally,A professional, “soft touch” protective case that does NOT feel cheap and plastic!I don’t want to “stand out” with my high-end mac I want it to look as professional as possible while protecting it from all the dings and scratches that inevitably find their way to the body of these things.I do wish they had a a dark brown version. But black is classy as well.

I very rarely write reviews for products.However, this one made such a good impression I felt I had to.The quality of construction - the tolerances and fit and finish - exceeded my expectations.There is no glue squeezing out of seams or unevenly cut material or anything I would expect on lower end goods.The case fits absolutely perfectly and is about as thin as is possible to make a leather case.The leather is definitely real leather and has a nice smell.I haven't had it long enough to really comment on durability, but after a few days no marks or blemishes can be seen, which bodes well.I highly recommend this case if you are looking for a real leather Macbook case!

Just received my case after a 3-month wait and feel totally gutted. One thing it isn’t is genuine leather despite what it says in the product description and on its packaging. PU leather at best, if I’m being generous, because it feels like cardboard. It looks like one too, with very eye-catching vertical lines. I tried to capture its texture next to my full-grain MBA Andar case. There’s no strong smell, just a whiff of chemicals but definitely not of leather.
