Highly recommended.

This is my fourth Spanish book I have bought for my son. The first three were developed by people who do not understand children or how to teach languages. This book is excellent. Page layout is great. Easy to read. A great phonetic guide. Topics move forward in a logical way: letters, numbers, greetings, body parts, clothes, etc. etc. I can see later the book gets into conjugating verbs, but my son is not there yet. We love this workbook for my 2nd grader! We homeschool and wanted to start a foreign language this semester. This workbook has been great at teaching the basics and giving a variety of different styles of learning. The workbook does have multiple pages on a subject before moving on so you can spend several days on a topic and not feel like you are having to supplement with extra sheets in order for your child actually learn definitely recommend for the lower elementary grades.
