Delighted that I can now buy R&G Gingembre shower gel on Amazon. Excellent quality - in both fragrance and substance. A gorgeous shower gel to use. I have the body lotion too, which enhances the fragrance when layered.

I used the slightest amount of one of those buff pouffe shower things, this lathered well, but being at the swimming pool I really couldn't smell the fragrance on me, there are so many conflicts smells, chlorine, men's anti persiperant etc ... some not so pleasant. Once I got in the car, the subtle but definitely slightly spicy ginger smell was evident. It didn't last more than a couple of hours, but I only used the shower gel. If you combine it with the complimentary body lotion, the fragrance will be more long lasting. I really liked the smell. I will be tempted to see if they also do a body spray in it, that way you will have a fragrance that lasts for far longer. Just looked it up they do in a 30ml and a 100ml, I would go for the 30ml first to see if I liked it. Will put this on my Christmas List for this year, gives him something to buy me. Happy to recommend, it is a subtle fragrance, as I said if you buy this first like it, then you can invest in the body lotion, eau fraiche. I like to dip my toes in gently with fragrances because so many are too heavy and cloying. This is subtle and quintesstially French, understated and elegant, no brashness involved. I love Green Tea, when my existing bottle of Green Tea Spray is gone, must try that one too!
