How many ounces does the scoop hold

This scoop is a 1/60 Lt scoop which holds approx 1 tablespoon of cookie dough or approx 0.5 liquid ounces.

I'm looking for a scoop for cookie dough, but can't be sure this would be the right size. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I own the 1 1/2 and 1 3/4 inch Piazza scoops. The are very well made and work well.The 1 1/2 inch scoop is a good size for large cookie (I don't know the portion number or Tablespoon equivalent but it makes a good size cookie). The larger 1 3/4 and 2 inch scoops are better for muffins or very large cookies.

As the description states, the cup diameter is 2-3/8-inch (= 6 cm). The depth, since it is sphere, must therefore be 1-3/16-inch (= 3 cm) or half of the diameter (also called radius). The length is approximately 8-2/3-inch (22cm).

What is the scoop size?

Piazza makes 13 round scoop sizes from 1/8 of a litre to 1/100 of a litre. The 1/70 scoop is one step away from the smallest at 1/70 of a litre or almost half of an ounce. Looking at the scoop, it is 1 and 5/16 inches in diameter and approximately 13/16" tall. We use it to make cookies.
