Oh, my goodness! I have the most unpredictable irregular period on the face of the universe! It is heavy, long and the cramps were almost unbearable and that's coming from someone who has a high pain tolerance. So here's the thing. After looking around for natural solutions and remedies, I came across vitex and so I kept digging and reading things about it and the more I read, the more excited and intrigued I was. Can this really be the solution to my menstruation/hormonal problem? The only thing I had to do was to find out so I bought the tea and the capsules. I cannot lie, this is truly a life saver. It is supposed to help regulate your cycles by balancing your hormones and so far, it has done just that for me. I started taking it when my period started and within a couple of days I could tell it was working. No more sore breasts, cramps weren't are strong anymore and my periods didn't last more than 7 days. Then as my second period came about, everything was a breeze, not much of a heavy bleeding, barely any cramps if any, no soreness of my breasts. I can't speak anymore highly of this, it is amazing! The only thing I noticed was that it brought back my period two weeks after I started to take it but I think it's normal as it is working to normalize my cycle and balance everything. I'm sure by the third cycle, things should be in order. The taste is very distinct but to me it isn't unpleasant so that's your warning. Some ginger, honey and lemon should help out with the taste and they are also good for your health.

I've had issues with PCOS and very recently my thyroid numbers were elevated. After drinking this tea for about a month, my thyroid levels went back to normal. I'm looking forward to the benefits I will get from more long-term use. Highly recommended.
