I don’t know how this whey has got good reviews…Gave it a try after reading reviews..Have been using muscle blaze…This Protein has a deplorable taste…Just pathetic..You will feel like vomiting..Over the top sweetness is there.The digestive aspect is no better…Getting lot of bloating and gas each time I am consuming it…I highly urge to not to purchase it by reading the reviews..Reviews are very deceptive to say the least.Total waste of money!!!

The best things about this product is - (1) It tastes really good - it is a positive as well as negative (2) It does what its purpose. Gave good results.1. The taste need not be that sweet. There isn't an option to dilute out too. Too much water then we lose the consistency. This is definitely best suited to be taken during workout time. I dilute it as much as i can and run it throughout the 2 hour workout in evening.2. The way it functions is also good. No unwanted stomach upsets and all. I am no longer doing competitions. Minor definitions are gone but the major muscle compartments are still there. I like to maintain lean muscle mass and keep the compartments. Eggs and meat are my major source and this drink did act as a filling source. I didn't lag or fall behind in maintaining muscle mass. so this definitely does its work.Note: if the brand/company want to reward customer they can do it by various ways other than forcing people to give positive comments and take a screenshot and share it in whatsapp and then send a shaker.Shaker is not a big deal for me. but some might do it and i strongly do not recommend cheap plastic shaker. You cannot control the fungal spores/smell on it. Stick to metal/steel and every two days once add hot water to maintain.
