[UPDATE] Fridge constantly shuts off & goes offline
UPDATE 8/22/22:I received a replacement fridge from Amazon and have not had any issues. I believe I received a used fridge previously as the new one came with complete packaging components. I definitely recommend reaching out to Amazon Customer Service than to the company support line due to communication issues.————————————————————————I was very excited about this fridge, but now it's just a pain. I received a faulty product as the fridge constantly turns itself off and goes completely offline. Also, the LED lighting does not work - the picture shows LED lighting inside of the fridge, a feature that has never worked. I have tried reaching out to Lvara customer service via email and phone, but have not been able to reach anyone. I feel this is a waste of my money.

Fridge stopped functioning properly after a few months.
** UPDATE **Recently Amazon did make my return whole. I received a full refund without restocking fees or "late return" fees. Still on the hunt for a new beauty fridge.***********I purchased the Smart Beauty Fridge (white) version. When using the app, I too have had issues with it stating that the Bluetooth is not connected, when in fact Bluetooth is on. In fact, the unit kept going offline. The LED light on the bottom blinks constantly if you turn it on. Although the motor is running there isn't any cooling except for a low slight breeze about a 1/4" at the bottom of the unit. I adjusted the temp over the past 3-4 days and still nothing. It worked properly for several weeks.I called Amazon for an even exchange and was told that I could only get a refund. Then I questioned if it was a supply chain issue because I see the company has units available. While on hold, I then remembered the other customer reviews and thought better of it. The next agent asked how I'd like to remedy the situation and I explained my talk with the previous agent. He stated that I could try to contact the seller or he could give me a refund. However, he would have to charge me a restocking fee. WHAT? How can you restock a refrigerator when it's possible that the compressor has gone bad? Too hundred dollars is a lot to pay for something with a 1 yr. warranty with the seller/manufacturer.Amazon knows there may be issues with contacting the company; and to make you pay fees for restocking an item that you can't resale is ridiculous. He wished me luck in getting in touch with the seller. Shame on you Amazon. I've been a Prime Member for years, as your agent thanked me so kindly for before ending the call, and I expected better service than this, even if I was a regular customer. It just doesn't make sense to charge someone a restocking fee for a defective item that you can't successfully resale. Well, I'm on the hunt for a replacement fridge.

My favorite
I love this skincare fridge. I keep the back dust free. It keeps all my stuff cold. Not loud. You can turn off the light setting. Also you can use your phone to change temperature in the app. Not to mention it's so elegant looking. It's pretty big but holds so much. Works very well. Cord is a good length. Only wish I could of gotten the pink color.

Value and worth the money
Excellent LVARA Mini Skincare Fridge. I live in a warm humid climate and this fridge was a first time buy to "try it and see how it works". I am so thankful I read the comparisons and choose this fridge even though it was a bit more than my budget. My skin care products are kept fresh, and the style and glamour adds a bit of swish to my bedroom. I check it now and then as the noise level is literally nothing and it is so easy to keep clean. One of the reasons I love this product is the CHEST STYLE, being able to raise the lid (rather than swing open the door) and look in to retrieve products. I loved the LVARA Mini Skincare Fridge so much I brought another as a gift, and it was well received.

Great for the 1st year
This skincare fridge was wonderful for the first year, but right as it turned a year old, it started turning off on its own. Now that it is 1 year, 1 month old, it won’t turn back on. I’ve tried a new AC adapter, I’ve kept the intake clean regularly. It’s a bit too expensive to only live for a year!

Beautiful 😻 fridge
The media could not be loaded. It’s really great product!PROS:It’s SUPERQUIET ( I was looking specifically for it, since I planed to put it in my bedroom). App working perfectly and you can control temperature, expiration dates of your products with reminders. Also you can control light, and it’s really nice cooling incide.CONS: I wish they have extra shelf inside. Small shelf , which showing on the top is totally useless, because if you put anything there- it will not closed the top. I have some products I use only once a week, so I put them on bottom, but I wish I can put some divider or shelf on top of it so I can stock more frequently, often use products on the top. It is space for it. Large products like tonics and I have large serum- I have to put sideways.Overall - it’s doing it’s job perfectly, lust need little update:)

No longer works
I liked this cooler (that’s what it is) until it stopped working. I sent my feedback and still did not get a response so now I am putting my feedback online. I have not had this for even 6 months and the wire is now malfunctioning, there is a short in the charging wire so now my products don’t stay cool. I’ve asked for a replacement charger and nothing. I would not recommend this product if it doesn’t keep for years. I have my fridge on top of my night stand clear of anything else so I can do my night time routine in my bed. At this point it just sits there holding my skincare products. I’ve bought extra chargers that I thought have worked for awhile and then it goes bad. This is not a good product. I bought one for my mom too and same issue. Again no one has contacted me back that is why I am resorting to this…

Stopped working
I’ve been using this for a little over a month and it stopped working. I can’t get ahold of the seller or Amazon for assistance with this.

Like it!
I like it but you need to give it a GOOD wash and scrub before you turn it one for the fist wash. It has a bad smell but after the wash it’s good to go and keeps everything nice cold!!
