Rest your neck against the arc of the pillow. Now gently feel the neck stretching and role the neck side-to-side to relieve knots for about 1-2 minutes before repeating process. Use various heights to hug the neck curve and be sure to massage the knots to help increase circulation and reduce muscle tensions. UPPER & LOWER BACK: Place the device on the upper and lower back using preferred height level. BEST THING I COULD HAVE BOUGHT!
This thing is the bomb!! I started using it in August of 2015 in an effort to avoid surgery on my cervical spine. I also have retinopathy so I had to stop using my inversion table for a bit. Well let me tell you, this thing got the job done! I say it’s worth EVERY penny! Best thing I could have bought! I like the one for lumbar spine as well. They have saved me a fortune, as well as a boatload of pain!

Would not let me return
I bought this item in the beginning of September. I would love to return it, as it was quite expensive. But not, not even 60 days after I bought it, it sits in the box. The company will not let me return it. Super cool. Buyer beware, if you aren't sure if this is right for you, do not buy it. They make returning difficult, if not impossible.

Wooden Pillow is The Best
This is a fabulous product for stretching. Helps get my neck and spine in alignment, but it can be used in many other ways for other body parts. Just google "wooden pillow" on YouTube for more uses.

I *do* drape a folded towel over it with a large rubber band on each end, for just a touch of cushioning. Love the adjustable height, so I can make it "just right" for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

too expensive
The picture shows 4 wooden pillows and states one for everyone in the family.. so I thought I was getting 4 pillows for the price of $49.99.Our church was selling for $15.00 per pillow but was all sold out. Therefore, I ordered from Amazon.com.But when I got the shippment it was only one pillow with 2 adjustments.I would not have ordered this if I knew I was paying $49.99 plus $5.99 for shipment. It's too expensive for a wooden pillow.. and ad was misleading...
