Does the job! Follow instructions and take your time. Ear wax had built up and I did what I should not have done in a hurry…used a Q-tip and pushed the wax deeper in my ear and immediately affected my hearing (very muffled) and ringing began. Very very frustrating for 3-4 days and someone mentioned this kind of item and took a chance after reading reviews and watching YouTube videos. It arrived same day and I charged the unit, downloaded the app and went to work!!! 100% better and I could not believe how well it worked, how clear the camera was, and how simple it was! Cannot ever see myself not using this tool. Be careful, take your time, and see/hear the results!!!

I thought I was losing my hearing in my left ear. Saw this item on Amazon and decided to try it out. Come to find out, my left ear was totally blocked with wax and this tool helped me remove it easily. No more hearing problem. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make sure their ears are clean and clear.

I like this device. My ears are mostly clean but this device found a little bit of additional ear wax that my regular ear cleaning with other methods couldn't catch. As with any other method of cleaning your ears be careful of not going to far into the ear canal. I found a piece of wax I simply did not want to touch because it was further in the canal and going in a bit further made me hesitant and I felt too much pressure wanting to go much further for fear I might rupture my ear drum. But a great device for finding ear wax build up.It does get a bit warm with the light on but it works really well and I am happy with it.

BUY IT! I woke up feeling like one of my ears was under water. I tried everything I could including using the debrox wax softener. I thought about going to urgent care due to the pressure but I decided to order this instead. I dislodged a raisin sized wax ball and my ear feel sooo much better.

I’m obsessed. My friends are tired of me making them show me their ears but it never gets old. The app is pretty easy, cameras surprisingly good quality. The tools are a bit questionable on the effectiveness of removing the wax but it might just be my lack of skill lol

UPDATE: about 4 months after getting this, it no longer works. The power button is constantly red, alternating between flashing and staying solid. For a while, I could only use it if I had it plugged in and now about 5 months after buying it will not turn on at all, but the power button continues to flash red. This was so disappointing and I’m upset I even tried this tool after it getting positive reviews. It works pretty good but the problem i have is that it's to thick to properly get anything in the deeper part. You can look at the ear drum but can't clean near it
