I am someone who likes to have a cap handy, but doesn't like wearing one all of the time. For work and for hiking/running, this foldable version is perfect as I can easily stow it in a pocket and only pull it out when in full sun. The design and materials are perfect for laying flat in a dimension smaller that a cell phone, yet while being rugged enough for work. This cap appears to be well-made and sturdy. I have a fairly small head so was concerned as some caps are just too large, and I have to cinch them down as much as possible. This fit perfect right out of the bag. I am right in the middle of possible adjustment range. I think this cap could work for some kids as well as most adults. Unlike another reviewer, the brim is not that long in my opinion. Shorter than some of my caps, but perfect for running and other athletic endeavors. They do make a version in a longer brim as well, which I could see being useful for a fisherman or desert hiking. Perhaps that is the version the other reviewer purchased, so make sure which model you are buying. This model has a brim that is 2 3/4" long, compared to a similar brand name athletic cap with a brim 2 7/8" in length. Last, I was afraid the foldable brim would be "weird" in appearance. It is 3 flat panels with seams between them. I take all of my caps and arch the brims the way a farmer or baseball player would. This brim holds a curve, and it looks like a perfectly normal curved brim. not an angular one with three flat panels. I was going to order another one immediately, but as so often happens with Amazon, after ordering one, the price went up $3 for a reorder. It's still a great deal at 30% more, but that was irritating enough to not reorder for now. 30% increase in cost over the course of 2 days?

Great fit, lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and functions perfectly for high vis reflectivity at night. Looks washable - it’s been soaked many times in the rain - but it will never see the inside of a washing machine!

Very happy with this hat for the price. Nice and light and breathable, while also holding up to regular use. The folding brim is also a very nice feature that makes it easy to tuck in a bag or even a pant pocket. Compared to some other inexpensive hats I've tried, these feel much nicer and higher quality. I got the hat in white so I never expected it to stay completely clean, but it does well when washed on delicate cycle. Decent chance I'll buy another in a different color, as well as recommend to others. Update: After a year of use the front brim where the foldable sections meet is starting to tear. I rarely actually folded the hat brim, but did put it through a gentle wash cycle a few times. I removed one star but this is still a great hat for the price. I even purchased another one and will keep the original as a backup.

This is the Best hat ever for traveling, and adventure or just mowing the grass in the backyard. It folds up nicely I can pull my ponytail through and put a scrunchie in it without any problem. It’s cold and lightweight. The fabric is so nice and it doesn’t pull my hair. The hot quality is great and it repels water and it’s super comfortable. I bought another one in black and hot pink.

I love this hat, this wet dry hat is a great color and is a great fit I love the bil. It's a good size. Great for water sports.

Great hat! I bought 2 for myself! I am NOT a 'hat wearing' but I am sensative to sun. This hat doesn't make me want to throw it off; it's light, comfortable, brim is long enough to keep sun off my face/eyes and I forget it's even on! BEST! It's foldable, nearly undestrructive and still looks nice after all I put it through! And it goes through a lot!

I was skeptical about the visor on the hat maintaining its form since it was foldable, but I need not have worried because while wearing it, the visor stayed in a nice, firm position as though it weren't foldable. The material is soft and quick drying, and it exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. It provided enough shade, didn't hamper my vision, and fit quite comfortably. I get sunburned easily, especially on my face, and this hat protected me from that. I was actually able to go out in the noon-time sun without sunscreen and not suffer! The pouch is also quite neat. I will definitely buy more of these, in different colors too!

Not happy it’s Thai purchase. Only positive I can say about this cap is the design is decent and allows for easy foldability, making it small and convenient for storage especially while running and after. But overall I felt it was a Poor quality running hat from day-1. Material felt cheap, easily got wrinkled, and the cap had a worn out look right after use from day-1. Also the reflective material started to showing some wear within first couple of uses on long runs.

Protects from the sun and wicks sweat, though running on a hot day you may get sweat beading on the visor. Fits well.

This cap is perfect for outdoor summertime sports. My son used it for day camp and it was perfect. The lightweight material and mesh panels allowed his head to remain comfortable all day. The underside of the peak is black which helps reduce glare on the eyes - perfect for sports! The cap came with a storage bag and the cap folds up easily to fit in a pocket if desired. The peak is segmented into 3 to accommodate this feature. The cap has UPF50 which offers protection from the sun. The whole thing seems sturdy and wellmade. Would buy again.

Very comfortable and great quality stuff. I really like how it goes with almost every attire I put together. It offers sun protection which I did not know earlier, but overall, I am impressed

Cap fits well and is comfortable. Since I am visually impaired, I like to wear reflective gear so that I am easily seen. Cap seems to do the job.

Cap is nice. But the string come off easily.
