Nice set, very sharp.
I bought these knives because everyone kept “borrowing” my expensive filet knives when I wasn’t around. I swapped them out with these knives now no one borrows these. These knives are just as good as knives costing 3X what I paid for them. They feel good in the hand, they stay sharp, having different sizes make choosing the right knife easy. The look great and function better than I ever expected.I recommend these to anyone who wants a good quality set of filet knives.

Nice Fillet Knife
Good knife. Was needing a new fish filleting knife. This one is perfect. Filleting Grouper, Cobia, Reds, or Bass. Nice and Flexable, as well as holds an edge well. Just hit the steel a few times and she's ready to go.
