Adhesive doesn’t stick for long
These are nice-looking hooks and nice quality, but the adhesive doesn’t slick to gloss-painted doors.I followed all instructions for hanging the hooks with the adhesive. Cleaning the surface, waiting for 24hrs before hanging anything… and they’ve been popping off one by one. Strangely the only one still using the original adhesive is the one with the heaviest bag on it, but it’s only a matter of time. All other hook adhesives had to be replaced with 3M picture hanging strips (because that’s what I had on hand). Save yourself some time and use the 3M adhesive—other than that, they are sturdy hooks.

Good cheap option
The wood blocks look extremely fake. The wood colored material is moreso a sturdy plastic material. The hook covers up the majority of the block though. I am pleased with how they look hung, and they can hold jackets well.

Don’t use the adhesive stickers provided
The stickers that come with it do not hold. I was hoping the adhesive would be a renter friendly option rather than drilling into the wall, but it was not. I hung 3 hooks and 2 of the hooks fell within a couple days, we had 1 light jacket on each. One hook still stands so far, but there are large paint chunks where the other two fell. These look nice, and I’m sure they work if you’re planning on drilling them into the wall.

These work great!
I didn't realize these had an option for screws in the wall or self-adhesives. I tried the self-adhesive method first and if didn't work well, I would screw them into the wall. They are so sturdy with the self-adhesive method. I used these in my closet to hang my purses. I have multiple purses hanging on each hook and the hooks haven't budged. They look great too.

Don't use sticky backs!
Initially installed using the sticky backs, because I didn't want to drill that many holes in the wall. One by one they have fallen off, taking sections of paint with them. If I can get the sticky backs off the hooks, I will try using the screws next.
