I love this thing. d really good deal. It's much more robust than samsung tab a's I've had. Seems to get on the internet faster and with fewer disconnects. Sturdy build. Nothing has gone wrong with it I've had it about5 monthThe battery on mine is starting to go but they're cheap on Amazon and super easy to replace!. It plainly been used for some business Application, Claude advised me to do a factory reset which I don't regret not doing, but you might consider. There was some bloat on it but I got rid of it without too much trouble. Really I feel like it's a terrific bargain I'm tempted to buy another just to have in store

So my godparents are a couple of real Luddites. They refuse to have Wi-Fi internet in their home. They only have basic help cable and the Starz channel. Whenever I came over to watch movies with them, I would have to plug in my laptop to their old flat screen. After a few years of this, I figured there has to be a better way. After several failed attempts, I finally figured out a set up that will work. This tablet is equipped with a 1 TB micro disk which I can upload tons of movies to. That were accessible through a Kodi interface That I updated all the metadata for the movie content through my hotspot. Connected to their old TV set with a 20 ft gold tip HDMI/USB-C connection cable. Now these Luddites are speeding through films that I upload. - The ease of use with the KODI interface is amazing. - The battery life is awesome. They can binge all they want. - The durability of the case is amazing. They can dump/drop this thing. - The portability is great. I can bring it to my home to upload more movies for them to watch. They no longer have to wait three years for a movie to finally trickle down to the Starz channel to watch. There are other versatile use which I am exploring that require no internet connectivity. But for now, it's relieved me Of the task of having to bring the latest and greatest in cinema.

Everything works as it should. Battery life is good.

Tablet itself is in good shape, works great all functions 100%, screen great. zero complaints. the rugged case is not part of this purchase despite being shown in the photos. For the price i am Not complaining only informing. i bought the LTE with pen, pen works great and the device was unlocked properly. pretty great value overall.

It said "renewed". But near as I could tell, it was brand new. YMMV. But, compared to my Lenovo tablet, this thing is FAST! Changing apps is quick, refreshing screens is quick. It did take a couple days to finally apply all the Android updates (it came with v10, and after numerous updates applied, it wound up at v13, which I suppose is the last version compatible with this tablet. But, for my needs, this is gonna work out great! I used the Samsung "Smart Switch" app to move my apps from the old tablet to this one. It doesn't bring over credentials, nor "favorite apps", but at least the apps are present, saving a lot of trips to Google Play.

Came without case and a smaller pen than original. The tablet is in good condition and works fine. Bought another one on Ebay cheaper with the case and proper pen. It looks like the missing case and pen is a common problem here.

This item came unlocked and in great condition, however it is NOT compatible with Square "Tap to Pay" as a faulty online search turned up. For anyone who is curious, NO TABLETS are compatible with Tap to Pay, even if they have NFC capabilities and an appropriately up to date Android operating system. Otherwise it is a great little tablet, it just didn't meet my needs.
