I believe this collagen to be very good. IT also assisted with hair growth which is why i bought it.

I can tell you this, it tastes terrible. It has a surface taste of tropical punch but you can taste the fish. But I do see a difference in my skin and possibly hair (didn’t take a before photo for my hair). But my skin is softer, firm but supple. My hair looks shinier. I’m waiting to see a difference once I reach day 30.

I have been having collagen for almost ten years now this is one of the best I had ever had. My skin is soft and more firm.my hair is better and even my joints it really works well , helps with digesting but you can't rely on it too much for this purpose. I think I'm going to buy it again from time to time because it's a little bit expensive
