I have been taking these for the last 2 months on a daily basis 1st thing in the morning. Along with a better diet and daily exercise I do feel better. I have a rare neuromuscular disorder and I do notice that I have less flair ups, feel less muscle fatigue by the end of the day that I have not gotten from diet and exercise alone. Something else I notice is increased production and texture of of semen, as well as bette organisms after about 3 weeks of using this product. I have been on many other supplements lifetime and none affected me in this way.

We recently started going back to the gym to work out. Thanks to these, neither of us more soreness afterward. They are in a capsule that is easy to swallow. There is no after taste.
