A good product.. could feel the difference in water

Bad smell & tank is filled with black substance.
After immersing in tank it starts oozing black substance and the smell is horrible when you take it out. I cleaned it twice and put it back and it's still the same. Also salt in water is back after a month & half. Quality is not as they promised.
