The REAL Thing
Most 'cheap' strontium supplements that claim to be the citrate salt are actually strontium sulfide, a mined product that emits hydrogen sulfide gas (rotten eggs) when it contacts water. This product is the real thing. Strontium is a prescription drug in Europe. It does NOT cause jaw enlargement but can increase risk for heart attack in high risk patients. Consult a physician before taking. Strontium reduces fracture risk in osteoporosis.
