Fit Great on the 5th gen 4runner, look and feel strong, simple install

Now that I have about 500+ miles with these installed I can confidently say what I think. These are sturdily built and look identical to one of the more expensive mounts found elsewhere. They were easy to install and I love the low profile. The only issue I have, and it's small, is they rub just a bit on the edge of the hood. No amount of adjusting would create space where they wouldn't rub a little. I'm not too worked up over it as it rubs on the inside, lower edge and cannot be seen from outside, and they don't seem to be rubbing paint off or holes into the metal. Overall, I am very pleased with these mounts.

These universal adapters work very nicely on my Sequoia. I used 5” aux beam lights and the only thing I would change on this mount is for an option to use a bigger screw type.

These are way better than I suspected. The metal is quite thick and stable at highway speeds. I did have to bend it a little for better clearance to the hood but I would say that was overly necessary. I would recommend them if you're looking add ditch lights to your 4Runner.
