Not easily, if at all. It does go out to 2049 easily. Not a good feature of this item.

NO this unit can not scan 120 negatives or positives. max film size is 126 and 135 size

How long is the included USB-C to HDMI cable?

I can't remember. I only save pictures on an SD card
