This linear shower drain instantly upgrades any shower! It’s so beautiful — I love it. My contractor had no trouble installing it, and it looks high-end. Highly recommend it as a great investment for your home’s value. My drain in the middle of the shower was kind of an afterthought. But envision it on the side or the front, it's beautiful!

A great gadget that gives any shower pan a much modern look. Made with light aluminum, seems strong and user friendly. No longer hairs would clog the drain, everything gets catched by a removable basket. Whom ever doesigned this gadget was a very meticulous person. Thank you! Definitely a must for every shoer; Would look modern.

This product which is less than half the price of other US brands is no different and of good quality with sound construction. Feels very sturdy/well made. The parts that come with this are also easy to use and put together. The adjustable leveling feet are a must have. I would buy this again. Also the company has great email support. I wanted a spare grate which they sell and they directed me on how to purchase that from a different site. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because on the tile in option there are plastic clips under the insert to hold it above the bottom and away from the sides to allow positive water flow...the far right and left side is almost level so a few small amounts of water stays under the two plastic clips at the far end even after not showering for 24 hours. So in my mind that area will always be wet which in and of itself is not that big of a deal because it is inside the stainless steel and can be removed and cleaned if mold starts to develop. I would try to have the part engendered so that no water collects under the plastic clip. There is evidence of this because there is a small gap under the plast clip where water does flow. But due to simple surface tension of water there will always be some left behind. [ 2ml maybe] If your purchasing any of the Neo Drains with out the tile in option this small water collection is not an issue at all. Anyway I am a little over the top when it comes to details. Again this is an exceptional product and I would purchase it again.

I love the sleek look this drain has provided. It was not a DIY project for me but my tile installer set it up beautifully without any issues. The piece of tile in the middle make your bathroom feel very modern. As far as drainage, it works perfectly.

Je vous recommande! Colis bien emballé, intact. Il y a eu des délais de livraison mais l'expéditeur, très compréhensif à fait un suivi avec beaucoup de courtoisie et j'ai finalement reçu le drain. Il y a des instructions fournies en anglais seulement. Le stenless est impeccable, rien à dire de mauvais. MERCI encore !

Arrived damaged.....sending it back and buying different brand

The product came broken but I was offered a discount which allowed me to get replacement parts for about the same cost. The product is sturdy and looks great, but is a bit of a pain to install in combination with a water proofing membrane. Still worth it given the price difference with other brands that offer easier installation.

This product is bare bones and doesnt come with the proper installation for water proofing.
