This was a gift but they loved it

This came with icetrays however the cubes would be too large to fit into the square glass and have the cone shape glass fit on top. I used crushed ice and set the cone shape glass on top and worked well. I've used it for caviar to keep cool and also drinks. It is functional and looks cool, whether it's caviar or a drink.

I liked the idea, but the glasses are very fragile and the square ice holder is the only place to put them down (or store them?). Using crushed ice would seem better than the small square ice cubes that the trays make. Just seemed like a poorly executed idea.

I absolutely love these specialty glasses. They came a little dirty, but I needed to wash them anyways. The ice cube tray that came with them was helpful. I absolutely love how these can hold ice without diluting your drink. I have received so many compliments on these glasses. They would make an awesome gift for someone. I would use caution with them, because they take some getting used to, and remembering to set your cone shaped glass in the Square ice glass instead of on the table.

I really like Stemless Martini Glasses with Ice Bowl Set of 2. so you are probably asking...why not five stars? Read to find out. Glass is well finished - not sharp edges, and it is quite thick and durable. I like the versatility of the set - you can use it for martini or other drinks, and instead of adding ice to the drink, you can sit the deink in ice...so it won't get unnecessarily diluted. If you are not a drinker, you cans till use it to serve food - like shrimp cocktails in one of the pics. Or you can use the "ice bowl" as a drink glass. It even comes with 2 coasters so you do not have to worry about surface underneath, and 2 ice cube trays - if your fridge is like mine, it produces those semicircular ice cubes that won't really fit in the glass. So why only 4 stars? Well, the ice bowl is quite large - you are serving ice in it, it is prefect, but if you put a drink in it....it will be a lot to drink...lol, just saying. But that is my personal; opinion, and for you it might be five stars!

This pair of interesting cocktail glasses are visually exciting, as you have a glass within a glass separated by ice. This Made me think these would be better served if used for Caviar, or seafood salads such as Shrimp Cocktails and Ceviche. They are outstanding for this purpose, and really benefit from the ice below the conical inner glass. These are gorgeous and very on point with a classy shot of Single Malt Scotch, that one doesn't want to dilute, or Vodka which is improved by a freezing cold chill. The concept is nice, they come with a nice wooden coaster, and of course the conical stemless Martini style chiller. Makes a very elegant gift Very Giftablle and versatile.

This set is something unlike anything seen before. That could be good if you like things that are unusual and maybe a little strange - I find myself to be a little more traditional. It's a pretty self-contained set, everything you need is included except the water to make the ice cubes and the martini's to fill the glasses with. Oh, and the little drink umbrellas, if you want those. The glass is medium quality; nothing impressive, but serviceable. The bamboo coasters are clearly made for these glasses. The glass used for the bottom, cube-shaped glasses seems a bit higher quality, thicker and more durable, than that used for the top, cone-shaped glass. The intention is to add ice to the bottom glass and use that as a holder for the cone shaped glass, which would contain your martini, or other cocktail. Again, it's unique. I would think it should have more than two in the set, as this seems more appropriate for a social situation rather than an intimate situation for two - the set would certainly spark conversation. I'm not sure where the reference to caviar comes from. I suppose maybe it means, you could put caviar in the cone shaped glass and use it as a serving dish? That could work if you like caviar. Overall, I have to stick to three stars on this. The quality is acceptable - but the idea is maybe a little off - however interesting. If you like the odd and unusual, you might find this a good buy - maybe even a great one. If you're more traditional like me, you'll probably just end up with a bit of a confused look on your face, wondering if you'll ever find a situation where these would be useful.
