very very secure. easy to adjust. holds the phone at any angle. doesn't block the driver's vision. doesn't block the air vents. strong. well-made. practical touches, such as the little clip to hold the end of the charging cable. well-priced.

Car mount works well. It was great for holding phone while tracking route on recent trip. Adjusted for easy viewing while not blocking view. It did wobble a little on bumpy road, but I have it extended 3/4 of way or more. Only real issue is the mount blocks a light sensor so it makes day/night auto adjust mirror sense it is always night time and I have to adjust mirror to day time everytime upon starting vehicle.

I've been using this product for about a year and I've had no problems with it. The tightening mechanisms are solid only coming loose once in a great while. Even the ball joint that holds the phone is strong. It's easy to adjust when it comes loose (when my wife pulls her phone without opening the mechanism) but it's easy to readjust and resecure. My car is a 2016 Nissan Rogue and none of the buttons are blocked. I have the arm extended so that the phone is just below the top line of the dash board. the longer the arm, the more wobbly it is, but unless you're off-road, you won't have a problem navigating. I would highly recommend this product!

This is a great idea for a phone holder. Unfortunately, it's way too long, vertically speaking, for me to use on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sahara. I also tried using it on my 2024 JLU Rubicon X (to save a few bucks) but it's also way too long. I bit the bullet and bought not only a phone holder but also a holder for my GoPro and whatnot for my 2024. It's the 67 Designs Series 55 Rail Phone Packs and Options (not available for purchase on Amazon, and a competitor of Bulletpoint). It's definitely much pricier but it's also much more sturdier, classier in looks, and more versatile. I have yet to find a phone holder for my 2009.

I wish I were exaggerating or joking. This thing is trash. I was soooooo excited to get this to start being able to easily see my GPS handsfree and even record without distractions. It was super easy to assemble and mount. As soon as I got it mounted on my mirror, my phone snapped right on properly. Everything was great until I tried to remove my phone. It was very difficult to remove because of how strong the magnet is. All of a sudden, the magnet completely snapped off — rendering the product completely useless after mess than 5 minutes of use. Talk about disappointing… I spent more time prying the magnet off of my phone than I did enjoying the product.
