Is this product Whole30 compliant?

Hi Jamie,All of our bars, with the exception of Peanut Butter (peanuts are legumes and not allowed on Paleo/Whole30), are Whole30 compliant! Melissa Hartwig, the founder of Whole30, likes to stress that our bars be used as meal replacements or in emergency situations only. If you are currently going through a Whole30 Challenge, be sure not to depend on our bars during a sugar craving or as a sweet substitute!

What is the sodium per bar?

Sodium amount varies by bar type. Mixed berry has 115mg per bar. Hope this helps
