For those said having issue with kibbles stuck, it is because of the size and the shape. Mine works perfectly fine because my kibble is not big size.

Bought this as a feeder for my dog. We feed our dog Orijen Six Fish, and apparently the food is not the right size/shape. I only realized this when I noticed that my dog seemed to be hungry all the time, despite successful dispensing of the food (approx 70g per feed). Upon testing with a digital scale, I realized that it was only putting out around 20g. Upon more careful inspection, I noticed that the food had a tendency to get stuck in the fins/compartment. Thinking that this might be due to the size and shape of the dog food, I cleaned the container and tried it with my cat's food instead - Royal Canine Skin and Fur - which was smaller and round (which is recommended by the manufacturer. Using the same method of testing, the amount of food dispensed was VERY inconsistent, ranging from 15g to 35g using the same portion setting. I am not sure what kind of food this works best for, but based on the design of the system, I cannot think of a scenario where the food is unlikely to cause a jam, which results in incorrect reading of the amount of food dispensed. Would not recommend.

Horrible product I followed all the guidlines mentioned in the manual such as type of food it can despense. Set a feeding schedule successfuly and twice it dispensed the food properly. Next day it ended up starving my cat for a whole day. Better to stay away from this automatic feeder.

Ordered the exact one a few months ago and reordered the same one for my second cat. The plug is different and when trying to connect with the Bluetooth, it has a different name (doesn't even contain "xiaomi" in the device name) than the original one I bought. Now I'm scared to have it connected to my phone.

Bon produit, disposant d'une cartouche dessiccante pour éviter que les croquettes ne ramollissent. Le design moderne ainsi que la couleur blanche font de ce produit un objet qui "sent" le propre. Il est assorti à la fontaine que je possède aussi. Le distributeur calcule et établit un plan de distribution en fonction des paramètres qu'ils faut bien renseigner dans l'application sur le smartphone. Pour mon cas, il effectue 4 distributions quotidienne (3h, 9h, 15h et 21h) de 15g chacune. Pour une jeune femelle stérilisée de 3 kg. Pensez tout de même à vérifier que la dose délivrée corresponde bien au poids voulu ce qui dans mon cas n'était pas parfaitement correcte. Il indique 80g pour 60g réellement distribué. Pour ma part, aucun blocage des croquettes qui sont de petite taille et la distribution est constante sans variation de poids. L'application n'apporte pas vraiment grand chose en tant que telle, elle sert juste de télécommande mais permet tout de même de visualiser l'état de fonctionnement à distance et d'être informé si le réservoir est vide, bloqué ou tout autres problèmes. Elle permet aussi de connaître la quantité d'aliment par jour, semaine ou mois. Il n'est pas reconnue par les assistants vocaux, mais cela n'est pas vraiment inutile en soit. L'appareil peut aussi recevoir 4 piles AAA pour palier à une coupure de courant sur le secteur. Je suis satisfait de ce distributeur car pour mon travail, il m'arrive de m'absenter 1 ou 2 jours et ma petite minette n'est pas assez raisonnable pour s'alimenter correctement toute seule.

Device stopped working after less than 3 months. Bought it directly from Amazon and Xiaomi are refusing to assist saying it wasn’t purchased directly through them and they can’t help. Absolutely hopeless customer service from Xiaomi. AVOID. Thanks to Amazon for being so helpful.

Ürün global versiyon ve Dora garantili, Xiaomi’nin Türkiye’deki resmi distribütörlerinden biri. Kurulumu basit, uygulama üzerinden yazılım güncellemesini de yapıyor. Tek sıkıntısı bir porsiyonun 5 grama tekabül ettiğini söylüyor ama durum öyle değil. Çoğu zaman 3gr veriyor en fazla. Mamayı döken mekanizmada bir pervane var, sanırım porsiyon miktarına göre kaç tur döneceğini belirliyor. Pervane dönerken ne kadar mama düşerse artık. Günlük 60gr mamayı üç öğüne böldük biz; öğün başına 6 porsiyon olarak ayarladık ve bu şekilde verdiği mama her öğünde 20-23gr arası değişiyor, halbuki uygulamada 30gr verdiğini söylüyor. O yüzden kaç porsiyonda ne kadar mama verdiğini hassas terazi ile ölçün birkaç kez ve ortalamasını alın, ona göre gereken porsiyon miktarını belirlersiniz. 1 porsiyon = 5 gr iddiasına güvenmeyin yani, yoksa kediniz aç kalır. Bir diğer husus üstündeki manuel besleme tuşu. O kadar hassas ki makinenin üzerine elinizle hafif bastırdığınızda bile tuşa basmışsınız gibi mama veriyor. Kedimiz meraktan ne zaman üzerine çıksa mama dökmeye başlıyordu bu yüzden. Neyse ki uygulamasında çocuk kilidi diye bir seçenek var, bu tuşu iptal edebiliyorsunuz.
