The Dashfire Bitters Brandied Cherries are so delicious. They enhance any cocktail. They are also the only brand on the market that uses no corn syrup. I am allergic to corn so I was delighted to find a quality product that is delicious and corn free. I highly recommend these!

These are delicious in a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned. The bitters really match well with whiskey. However, the cherries are really small - I usually end up using two or three. Many of the cherries are pretty torn up from the pitting process, probably because they so small. If I'm making drinks for friends I dig through the jar to find the biggest cherries, and the torn-up ones would go in the trash.

These are great — good texture and flavor. Different from Luxardos but equally good.

Delicious with or without...

Ordered these little jewels to make whiskey sours. I drizzle a little syrup on top and add a cherry or two. The deep purple syrup makes a beautiful presentation. You are denying yourself of a lush drink if you are using regular maraschino cherries.

Cocktail cherries that taste like...CHERRIES! Waaaaay better than those iridescent red (or green) marachinos. Not as cloyingly sweet or as mealy as Luxardos, which are fine for muddling but can’t compare to Egbert’s if you’re looking for a delicious treat at the bottom of your Manhattan.
