These do the trick but I find myself dragging a bit the next day. Some nights I have trouble falling asleep. I take 6 to 8 pumps and within 15 minutes I am sleeping every time without fail.

This sleep spray works well but the trick is to hold it under your young for 1 minute or more. Then in 20 minutes you will feel sleepy.

This sleep spray is by far the best I have tried. I melatonin forever and it just made me sleep weird. I went from waking up 4-5 times a night to sleeping through the night and most of the time waking up in the exact position I fell asleep in. Definitely worth a try if you are having trouble sleeping.
