Good customer service and nice sofa.

It took some time but I was able to figure out how to put it together and find all the pieces

This was a very nice couch, specially for the price. Loved the soft feel and the seller was very helpful and quick to respond!

Assembly was ok. Took two of us about 3 hours. Cushions are deformed. Many parts have deep and dirty markings as though it’s been used and returned by other buyers. Fabric is thin, there's no way you can "FLUFF" it out as seller suggested. The back of the couch looks like drapery and completely different than shown on amazons website. Once you remove plastic packaging, the cushions expanded and it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN in its original box. Buy at your own risk!

After two days of struggle we were finally able to assemble this couch. we thought we were missing parts, the seller would not get back to us, but eventually learned by our own discovery that the missing parts were inside of two other parts that we were given. the couch is also not the sturdiest but it does a good job if you are a college student or someone shopping on a budget. It is also really soft.

This was a very nice sofa ,i like it, the seller was very active in communicating and dealing with the lack of parts, and had a good experience
