Brings life back to an old camera
Essential for old cameras. Make sure you keep with the camera as there are countless variations. Panasonic Lumix made, and is making hundreds of variants, all with different batteries. Great camera, great sharpness, great color capture. Batteries are a pain. Get extra, and extra SD cards

Very nice!
Very pleased. USB-powered chargers are the way to go for travelers. This one holds the battery more securely than the one it's replacing. The charging indicator is a bit bright but goes off once the battery is charged. It charges fast if you have the right source of USB power. I use the Anker 60W, 6 port power source to charge multiple batteries and mobile devices.

Great value
We bought our camera in 2012 and the biggest downfall was that the only way to charge the battery was to have it in the camera. This tool enabled us to charge the battery anytime. Worked great.

Excellent USB battery charger
With one caveat this is an excellent product. The batteries for my Lumix DMC-ZS8 fit nicely and charge perfectly. The caveat concerns the lack of a plug to go into a wall socket. This comes with a cord to plug into a USB port only, although (like many I assume) I have adapters to plug a USB cord into a wall socket, so this is not a deal breaker for me. The charger itself has a cool LED screen which animates in bright blue while the battery charges, showing charging progress and then going out when the charge is complete. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended.
