My GI doctor advised I should get a bathroom toilet stool. I tried 4 makes, and this was by far the best. Others are too big, too low, too wide, too high. This one stores well, and after pulled out works surprisingly well. Without getting graphic, it positions your body as nature intended. You will find it easer and even cleaner to have a bowel movement using this. I wish I'd known about this 40 years ago.

I was a little questionable on how this thing would work but it does what it's supposed to. I had no problem separating the two sections. You don't want to stand on it but it will definitely support your feet after your seated.
