I have ordered wigs from Bellami, it took forever for it to arrive! I kept having to call and ask, " Where's my package!" It finally came after two whole weeks! When I ordered from Joy Wigs, the Manager Amber right away connected with me on what's up and was in communication with me the entire team. Making sure I am aware of the package to when it came to my front door. Her Customer Service is huge reflection on this company that I have built trust in them and will not only be purchasing more wigs from them but referring this company!! The wig is Awesome and feels just like real hair!! I am a very happy customer and worth what I paid for!! Thank you Amber!!!! =)

This ones the truth! I’ve been wearing it for 3 months daily and it is still looking fresh and well kept. Wash and condition and air dry it weekly. It arrived nicely packaged fresh smelling and pre plucked with the knot bleached around the perimeter. It was style as pictured. I’ve spent way more money on wigs that were not as nice. My only hint is I haven’t applied much heat to it and I use a little argon/frizz ease serum after washing. It’s not too this and not too full and required very little customization on my part.

The media could not be loaded.  My favorite joy wig so far. I have had this wig over 3 months and it keeps snapping back. Yo can wear it wavy if u wash it and let it air dry or you can wear it straight. As u can see in my video and pic I like to do both 😍👌🏽

VERY NICE QUALITY HAIR. I literally took it out the box cut lace and put it on. This is my 2nd purchase and I’m working on my third. Excellent customer service. Excellent!!!! Very realistic. The ABSOLUTE BEST is the lace is very nice. What I like best is the knots have been bleached already. AND edges pre plucked.

I give this wig 5 stars. The texture is silky and doesn't tangle, no smell, holds curls well and once its wash it goes back to its normal state. I would definitely order from this company again, But not all companies that sale wigs on amazon are good based on my experience.
