So yummy. I’ve served these twice. I purchased the skewers here on Amazon. I added grapes, mozzarella cheese, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe melon. Fresh basil between the fruit and the mozzarella ball, and slices of prosciutto! I bought a square plate and laid each 4 inch skewer with the fruit and cheese all facing the same direction. I very easily swirled across the hors d’oeuvres with the raspberry balsamic glaze. Everyone loves them. I will make more, the quality of the flavor and texture was outstanding. The bottle did not leak was easy to use.

Delicious stuff
Yummy! Balsamic glaze > balsamic vinegar. I add EVOO and some Italian herbs and a generous amount of this glaze in a little bowl to dip my homemade focaccia into. This brand is the only one I’ve found and this is my third bottle (first time getting it from Amazon).

something wonderful
this is so good.. i never knew it existed until i saw it used in a recipe, i put it on a pasta cheese onion dish. i love it. nice smooth flavor not strong or harsh. yes i most certainly will buy again. i am going to experiment putting it burger and other food.
