Apple AirPods Pro Wireless Earbuds with MagSafe Charging Case (Renewed)

These earbuds are absolutely amazing. The Airpods Pro are some of the best sounding, feature-packed earbuds on the market. The noise cancelling works well. Transparency mode is the one I use the most and it does wonders for increasing your awareness. The sound is on par with wired IEMs that I purchased. As for damage, it seems that the only damage is a couple of scuffs here and there that aren't too visible. However, the reason to buy these are their absolutely bonkers value. These cost less than half of the new Airpods, and perform similarly. You don't get original packaging, wires, or eartips, but the earbuds are more than worth the $140 I paid for them.

Let’s start the list with what WASNT wrong with this order- it’s MUCH shorter. The AirPods arrived when it said they would. That’s it. That’s the list. Now, on to why I rated these one star and wish I could rate them as lower.They came to me in a small cardboard box that was unmarked. Fine, I get it they were refurbished. But not even a little bit of bubble wrap to keep them broom banging around the entire time they were in transit? I work for fed ex I know how stuff gets knocked around. Came with a charger cord which is cool except it was a usb-c and I ordered a pair of lightning port AirPods sooooo yeah.The sound quality was what you would expect if you took a tin can, tied a string to it and had someone scream into it from another tin can tied to the other end of the string. I tried to have a conversation with my husband and he could register approximately one out of every 4 words I said. When he spoke, it sounded like he had a mouthful of dry crackers. So the sound quality was trash.None of the controls on the pods worked. Volume? Nope. One push mute? Also nope. I went into the app to make sure *I* wasn’t the problem and also nope. So that was a fail.The battery also was terrible. Two hours max per pod. This is my third set of pods (I’m on my phone A LOT) and I’ve never seen battery deplete so quickly. Not only that but there was NO WARNING before they just died. Normally you get two heads up warnings that your battery is depleting. Not so with this pair. After 2 hours of use just BOOM dead. So mid conversation I had to scramble to remember where I had left my phone or while I was at work I had to stop what I was doing to change out the pod. Just a mess all around.I had gotten a refurb phone so I thought this would be a great way to save a little bit of cash while also cutting down on electronics waste but this was just trash from one end to the other.And let’s not forget the return procedure. It used to be a simple act of taking them to one of the return places in my area. Drop them off, get my money back. Simple. Now, I have to box them up, print a label and BE HOME for UPS to come get them. What a headache, since as I said I work for fed ex M-F. I’m heading to Best Buy to get a new pair of these and give myself a break from this whole trashy experience.

The sound quality is impressive for such small earbuds. The bass is surprisingly punchy, and the mids and highs are clear without being overpowering. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio experience is consistently satisfying.One of my favorite features is the active noise cancellation. It does a fantastic job of blocking out background noise, which is perfect when I'm trying to focus at a coffee shop or during my commute. The transparency mode is also a nice touch, allowing me to hear my surroundings when I need to.Battery life is another strong point. I can easily get through several hours of use on a single charge, and the case provides additional charges on the go. Plus, the wireless charging capability is super convenient.The fit is comfortable for me, although I know some people find them a bit loose. I’ve had no issues with them falling out during workouts, which is a big plus.Overall, I’m really happy with my AirPods. They blend convenience and quality in a way that's hard to beat. I was nervous these wouldn't be real. Before checking for sure I realized the weight; they were normal and not light and when I opened them they looked clean and I felt how strong the magnets were I could immidietly feel the different from these and my fake ones. These still use the old apple chargers which is nice and I went on apple aswell as doing the flashlight test where I realized these are legit. A steal for the price. Issues there is visible scratches when you tilt the case otherwise these are amazing. Don't come in real box but shipped perfectly fine... very pleased

I’ve gone through several headphone earbuds and gave up on, set up. Maybe it’s just me not being a techie person, but immediately I put these in my ear, had my phone handy and set it up within one minute, literally. Because it pretty much said itself up, same with my iPad. When I put it near the headphones, it immediately said itself up, and the sound is great and I couldn’t be happier. My only question is I have no idea if this is generation one or two. Also to note, it does not come with different sized earbud cushions. Luckily the ones it came with fit fine unlike the other brands I chose and those actually DID come with different choices of sizes. They fell out. Couldn’t be happier with these.

I officially had these for one year I have regretted buying them every time I put them on they constantly fall out of my ears no matter what tips I have on the sound quality is junk you hear air sucking through and eventually will get a weird high-pitched noise always assume the noise cancellation just sucked if they get wet or your ears are wet wearing them you get low muffled sound like I said these are complete junk I will never buy this product ever again! i’ve always questioned if they were even a true Apple product by how bad they’ve always worked. I will never buy a namebrand product like this again from Amazon I will just go to the store to make sure I’m getting a legit product
