As I have mentioned in my other reviews, Whole truth protein bars are damm good. All the ingredients are clearly mentioned, very healthy and very tasty. I would definitely recommend this protein bar over others.

The taste is great and one of the best tasting protein bars with simple ingredients. The various flavors offered have variety. Only thing I didn’t like was the dryness of the protein bars. Sometimes very crumbly.

I loved the ingredient list but this was too dense for me to enjoy. If the texture was softer I think I might have liked the flavor but it was almost like trying to gnaw into a very hard block of fudge but worse. If someone is craving a cookie I think the flavor would satisfy but I didn’t want to chisel away at it and threw away the first bar that I tried after only a few nibbles. Perhaps I got an old batch but there was no evidence of that based on the expiration date.
