Easy install
Excellent microwave, very simple install. I've installed dozens of these space-savers as a property manager and this was smooth sailing.

Looks nice, works well, has a wide range of capabilities, we installed it ourselves, and it was a fair price for the bells and whistles with which it came.

Excellent choice for chrome
I purchased it for my niece and nephew. It’s beautiful and matches their stove perfectly. It was a very easy install and works perfectly and quiet. I highly recommend this appliance

Good but other reviews are a bit misleading.
It's so far a good product, but two things: first, the big one, which is that the microwave, contrary to what you read in other reviews, is NOT EASY TO INSTALL. It's pretty damn heavy, and requires two people to install it. Secondly, the notes on the product never tell you where it vents, so if you don't have an outside vent, you may have a problem. Luckily, it also vents out the top of the front, which works for us. Also, a small thing: there was a dent in the back when we opened it, which we gently hammered out. And oh yeah, one more thing: it's not at all clear how to make sure the "TWO-YEAR WARRANTY" is in effect. Usually you need to register the product with the company, but there's no notes on where or how to do that, nor did we find the usual post card that you're supposed to send into the company to effect the warranty.

Go pick one where you can see what you get.
Not exactly the highest quality construction, loose fitting and hard to mount. Door set up isn't a very good design. No shelf and no strength to the turn table, slips with anything moderately heavy. Operation isn't as powerful as a lesser wattage rated one that it replaced.

Works great despite the damage done in shipping that was hidden
Love the microwave, matches all my stainless steel appliances. The only complaint that I have.....the box was inside a larger box and the corner of the inner box was clearly showing it had been dropped. When I opened the inner box, the upper corner of the microwave was damaged. Since it was the back corner, we installed it anyway and use it and doesn't seem to have damaged it so that it doesn't work. Other then them hiding the damage during shipping, I love this item.
