Everhot (LVH-500-SN) Under-Sink Instant Hot Water System with Hot & Cold Faucet; Satin Nickel

I did not buy from this vendor but own the unit. My 3rd heater in 8 years just failed. They seem to last about 2 years and stop heating at that point. Everhot seems to find this acceptable. I've spoken to them each time my units have failed and am told there is a one year warranty-in other words I should expect this. Also the faucet has a terrible design, the washers that wear out are very difficult to replace. I would never buy this product again.
