Good product that needs a fix
The overall quality is pretty good, very sturdy when propery fastened to the wall.That means the anchors they provided will hold, but wallboard without backing might not. So make sure its solid backing. (yes it happened to me)But the 2 stars come from the screws that hold and controls the handle bars up and down movement. They come loose and the bar wants to sit loosely in the down position until they are retightened .So I keep allen keys near by.

This product should be only mounted in a stud if you mount it in drywall alone you can not put that much weight on the bar.
