Love the color ,operation and price

Very effective pepper mill. It replaced a 40 year old Peugeot and it appears that it is built to last at least 40 years!!

A Christmas present for my nephew. He saved a bunch and just traveled all over the world with his girlfriend and settled down with her in an NYC apartment. I thought Well, they’re going to be domestic after having such great adventures and amazing food, they need a red pepper mill! Voila!

Well, it LOOKS great but it didn’t come partially filled with peppercorns as advertised. Guess I’ll have to buy some to see if it works.LATER THAT NIGHT…Works to perfection and gonna say it.. yes I can actually taste the distinctive notes of a specific variety of black pepper for the first time and I am SO late to this party!

Flawless craftsmanship, heavy duty metal grinder, Fine setting is very fine. Coarse seems to not satisfy fans of chunky pepper but for me I would more likely crush them with a meat pounding hammer. I’m 100% satisfied. Keep in mind the item description that warns that these grinders are all individually tested with real peppercorns at the factory so there are some in there, in the new item. Seems like some folks on here can’t read. I think it’s a nice touch, both that the unit is tested and they it’s ready to serve you upon arrival. I will definitely be buying more of these.

I don’t usually do this because the review is about the product itself which is the Peugeot 9 inch red pepper mill.It’s beautiful and it seems to work great.I took stars off due to the treatment of the product from the seller. For the price I would expect a box and care to be taken with it. The beautiful, pricey pepper grinder was inserted into a clear, unsealed plastic bag and mailed in a plastic wrapper. Not even a shred of bubble wrap. Really?? Where has common sense gone?Who wants to spend good money on an enameled wood peppermill from a seller who has no respect for their products?Otherwise, It is a very nice pepper mill- just buy from a different seller-one who shows respect for their products and customers.

Packaging was poor. No box, comes wrapped in plastic cellophane. Color was too pinkish red for me.

Was soll ich sagen. Einfach nur top Qualität, genauso, wie man es vor der Bestellung erwartet, eben eine absolut solide Mühle, die tut was man möchte, eben Pfeffer mahlen, im alten, guten, hochwertigen Stil. Dazu ist die Körnung noch volley einstellbar, also was will man mehr? Ich kann nichts negatives schreiben.Was besser geht?Also da ist so eine Kleinigkeit, die mich mein ganzes Leben schon immer ein bisschen gestört hat und bei der ich mich frage, wieso noch kein Ingenieur dafür eine Lösung gefunden hat. Beim Drehen des Kopfes, um den Pfeffer zu mahlen, lockert sich die obere Schraube auf dem Kopf. Das macht nichts, ist ja schnell wieder kurz angezogen, aber so ging es mir schon mit der Mühle meiner Großeltern, als ich noch ein Kind war. Also kein Beinbruch, ich wunder mich nur, dass nicht einmal ein Traditionshersteller es schafft, diese Aufgabe zu meistern. Aber egal, ist auch nicht so wichtig. Alles gut, ist eine tolle Mühle!

Ho comprato questo macinapepe come regalo per mia moglie, che lo desiderava.Costo importante, ma appena lo abbiamo ricevuto e iniziato a utilizzare, si capisce che merita i soldi che costa.A parte lo stile, bellissimo a nostro parere, e le perfette finiture, quello che colpisce è la qualità del macinino.La finezza del pepe si può regolare in modo fine e il pepe risulta macinato a polvere o più grossolanamente in maniera perfetta.Uno spettacolo, insomma!

Enfin un vrai moulin à poivre, solide, efficace et doux à utiliser.La qualité a un prix, la couleur est rare : ce moulin mérite son coût.
