Q: If my toddler is a size 4 what size should i get?

I measured her foot. Stood her on a piece of paper and marked heel and big toe. Then went by the chart and they fit perfectly. I find little uniformity between brands re size. Love these shoes. Have bought multiple times.

The sole isn't soft. It is a durable rubber.
