Works perfectly fine, and is one of the cheaper seat top massagers on the market. This is much cheaper than ones you would find in stores and works just as well. The neck massager can be adjusted based on height, I'm 5'7 and it fits fine. The back massager is great. It's slightly strong, and if strapped to a light chair the vibrations can cause the chair to rock a little bit. The seat massager is just vibration, but some people have complained the massager/bar that vibrates is a little uncomfortable, but I don't notice it. Even so, placing a bath towel or small pillow on it can easily remedy that issue. All in all, great product for its price!

Great massage cushion, all the modes are great! My wife and I both have to put a pillow on the seat to get the best effect from the neck massager but we’re very happy with it!

This is nice not completely comfortable. It works just can be a pain to work with. Taking it off the chair is difficult due to it being heavy and bulky.

Painful knobs !! The knobs or rollers on the back keep hitting the same spots and it hurts. The neck massage is ok, but seems very constricting. I put a blanket over the chair and it helped a bit. I can't stand it. Giving it away.... It needs to be able to move in more spots and not keep digging on the same ones. I also think its pretty heavy.

It wasn't strong enough for me and I thought the bottom rollers aka the back rollers would roll like the neck does. I was sadly mistaken and will be returning the item. I'm annoyed they charge so much to return it but what can you do. The heating feature is nice though. It just wasn't for me.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loved it! He said it was the best gift I could have given him. He is 5'10, 210 lbs and it seemed to hit the right spots for him if he just adjusted himself a bit. His neck was looser and he was able to crack it after using this machine. Great buy, and excellent customer service! It is easy to use, no assembly required. My husband likes the deep intense motions some people might think it is too hard but he works in front of a computer 12 hours a day and has bad posture so he really liked the feel of this massager. He will definitely be keeping it. Oh and I already recommended it to a friend and he bought one too.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. At the beginning I was worried because I wanted to used as well, I couldn't reach the neck part since I'm short women. But I did it using a small pillow.

All features are great! I recommend this massager for those with a tough back, because it distributes deep penetration throughout the back Two improvements that I feel could be made are:1) When it is on kneading mode (without the pulse or tapping), the user should be able to select and keep the motion idled on the upper, mid, lower area or be able to keep it idled on a specific spot maintaining the massage mode.2) The neck area should allow a lower adjustment where the neck and shoulders join, which would give the same level of comfort and muscle relief for individuals who are shorter in height.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It is one of the few back massagers that allow the user to control three levels of the intensity massage mode. Thank you!!!
